Where do you ship to?


We currently ship within Canada and the United States, with a few exclusions. We are unable to ship to the Canadian Territories, Alaska and Hawaii at this time. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.Please make sure you have registered or logged in to use PICKUP code.

How much will it cost to ship my order? Can I pick up my orders instead paying shipping? 

Yes, you can pick up your orders at our quick-ship warehouse, which is in Markham area.

Orders must be picked up within 7 business days. 


Shipment prices may vary on location, product, and delivery time. You can see your shipping price beneath each product or in your cart before you checkout.

We work with Fedex, UPS, Canada Post, USPS etc, every order is trackable. We ship from Toronto, Canada. 

  When will my order be processed and shipped?


We process all orders within 24 hours. You’ll receive an e-mail with your shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order is processed. If you place an order on the weekend, it will be processed on Monday.



How can I speed up my delivery? Gift Wrap options?

We offer ways for you to expedite the shipping process , please send us email notification within 24 hrs, we can offer you expedite plans and fees.

How do I make sure I get the right fit?


Always refer to each product’s measurement requirements and measure your pooch to get the perfect fit.


Different brands are always using a variety of sizing charts that can make the whole process confusing, not to mention the things that you have to keep in mind - like your dog growing and changing their body language!


Please refer to our universal sizing chart for chest girth and back length before you purchase.

How do I exchange or return my online purchase?


We are offering 14-day exchange or return policy.  Final sales no returns or refund.


Please send an e-mail to with your order number and item description attached original packaged item. We’ll send you back your Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA#). When it’s issued, you’re provided with an address to return the items. 


To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, you must return the product in its original selling condition – including tags and packaging, removing any pet hair. 


Be advised that all credits are issued upon returns examed and approved. The refund will be issued within 10 business days after item received. The buyer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs. Refunds do not include the initial shipping cost.
